To keep your Sugarloaf Social Club merchandise looking great, follow the care instructions provided on the label of each item. Generally, we recommend washing apparel in cold water and tumble drying on low heat to preserve the quality and design.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the US will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Orders made in the US can be returned or exchanged at our return portal, or visit our Returns & Exchange page for more information. Please note that exclusions apply for certain products, and International exchanges/returns are not accepted at this time.
We get it! Mistakes happen. If you need to update your shipping address, please email bagdrop@sugarloafsocialclub.com right away. We cannot guarantee that we can update your order, but we will do our best to help you if we can. Once an order is packed and labeled we cannot update the address, and you'll need to contact the shipping carrier to try to reroute the package.
We know it’s a bummer when your package gets lost in the mail, but unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Sometimes, a package is marked as delivered, but it still takes a couple more days for it to show up. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Once your order is placed, we can't cancel it, but in most cases, you'll be able to return your order through our Returns and Exchanges Portal.
