U.S. Return Policy & Exchange Policy
Sugarloaf Social Club gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a refund within 14 days of original purchase. Return must be received and processed within 14 days to receive a refund. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. A $5.00 USD handling fee, in addition to the original orders' shipping fee, will be subtracted from returns. Returning for store credit will not incur a handling fee. Exchanges will not incur any fees. All monogrammed and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Certain limited edition items are also not eligible for return. Sugarloaf Social Club products purchased through other sites via wholesale or Shopify collective are not eligible for return.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal. You will need your order number and your shipping zip code to begin the process. Please reach out to bagdrop@sugarloafsocialclub.com with any questions. Note: We are currently only accepting exchanges for variants of the same product (size, color, or a replacement product). Exchanges are based on product availability. You may also return your order in exchange for store credit to avoid the handling fee, and use the credit in the future.
International Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Cancelation Policy
Order cancelations are not available, as fulfillment times can be within 20 minutes of ordering. Please try to avoid placing orders by mistake. If you do place an order that you wish to cancel, you will have to proceed with a standard return once you receive the item - please do so in our Returns & Exchanges Portal. Return and Exchange Process
To start a return or Exchange, please send please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal. You will be asked to provide your order number and your zip code to begin the process.
- You will be provided with a prepaid return label to ship your item back. Once your return has shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take several business days for the return to be reflected in your bank/credit account.

A $5.00 USD return/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for returns. The original order's shipping charge will also be excluded from the return otal. There is no fee for exchanges.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error on our part.
